- David Green, Director of Netcentric Technology Development at QinetiQ Technology Solutions Group, provides senior technical leadership on Internet-optimized product design, next-generation Internet (IPv6) integration, and cyber-security. Throughout his career he has researched applications for applying emerging network technologies to real world operational problems. At his previous job as VP of R&D at Command Information, David led the R&D team that architected the “Assure6” IPv6 network intrusion prevention system, and authored security and acquisitions guidance for DISA’s DoD IPv6 Transition Office (DITO). Before joining Command, David was a site manager for SRI International and directed SRI’s C4ISR R&D team that primarily supported the Army, DISA, and DARPA in areas relating to extending Internet technology to the forward edge of the battlefield, Internet security, and next-gen networks (IPv6). David is the author of the DISA Information Standards Registry “DoD Profile for IPv6 Capable Products” and the DoD “IP Security (IPSEC) Profile for IPv6”. David is a former US Army Officer, holds a MS in Computer Science, and a Top Secret clearance.
